Workbench Does Not Show Field As Editable For Drop-list Configuration Of Result Field In Screen-set (Doc ID 2486288.1)

Symptoms


When using a customized Shipment screen-set in which the customer enabled “Editable” option for one of results field and that screen-set is used on a Workbench, when Inline Edit is activated on Workbench, that field which is marked as Editable with fixed-drop list is not showing as Editable.

The field is expected to be editable.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mark the field in the screen set as editable
2. Link the screen set to the workbench
3. Press Inline Edit
The field is not editable.
