Add Suppliers to Custom User Category for Notifications

Information in this document applies to any platform.
All the welcome emails and notifications are sent to the employees by/through
the Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and they belong to the DEFAULT USER CATEGORY.
A Custom User Category created to get all supplier users under this.
IDCS is licensed only for business users.
Requirement is to assign the Suppliers Users to the Custom created User Category
so that they should receive all the welcome emails, password resets, Invitations and
Notifications through the Generic Cloud ERP link and not through the IDCS ERP link
after the supplier user account created.
Need ability to add the custom User Category checkbox into the external Supplier
Registration link, in the Contacts page (2nd Train Stop) under the User section.
This way the Supplier user can select the checkbox and fall under the custom user
category when they register.
