Benefit Groups through spreadsheet - does not show accurate start date and end date

Uploaded a benefit group using workbook and specified a start date and end date for the benefit group but it did not show the same start date and end date in the system.

Dates should show correctly in UI after upload

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Benefit group file with StDt = 11-10-2018 and EndDt = 11-20-2018
2. Load the file
3. Benefit Group start date for employee shows StDt = 12-14-2018 (Current System date) and EndDt = null
