Benefits Self Service Search Parameters Missing as of 18C (Doc ID 2489328.1)

Goal

 As a benefits administrator when going to the menu: Me > Benefits prior to 18C the Parameters area would appear where you can log in as another employee (with their name and a date) however, as of 18C this is now missing.
