Symptoms

Partition was missing in these tables RPM_ZONE_FUTURE_RETAIL AND RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE due to which the clearance conversion script had performance issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Load rpm_dc_clearance table
2) Run clearance conversion job
