When attempting to submit auto enrollment not completing, the following error occurs:

QPS deduction component processed in the current assessment, So we can't process this OPT-OUT Action.Pension Update Process : NOTE : Please run the assessment process again by excluding the pension deduction component using element group."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pension Auto Enrollment to complete with no errors

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Payroll Assessment Run process
2. One error message is displayed
