Goal

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Manage Budgets

budget balances not accurate.

1- Run Budgetary Control Analysis Report / Review Budgetary Control Balances
2- Consumption and Expenditures Balances Not Accurate, not up to date and most accounts appear with no expenditure but in actual balances there a lot of transactions
As per (Doc ID 2136813.1) Maintaining Budgetary Control Cubes, we run processes:
*Rebuild Budget Calendar Dimension
*Rebuild Budget Chart of Accounts Dimension
*Rebuild Control Budget Dimension
*Create Budgetary Control Balances Cube
*Transfer Control Budget Balances to Essbase
*Transfer Control Budget Balances to Essbase
*Prepare Control Budget Balances Cube by Control Budget
All Processes end succeeded
3- Run Budgetary Control Analysis Report / Review Budgetary Control Balances
4- Consumption and Expenditures Balances Not Accurate, not up to date and issue still raised.
 

Basically the customer had for control budget 'Annual Budget Control' Control level setup as "None" and not all invoices and journals posted in that period are reflecting in Budget balances.
After changing the Control level to "Advisory" all the journal and invoices are reflecting.
Before change control level from None to Advisory it was working well only for some invoices and were reflected in Budget balances
Now the customer is requesting a data fix for all journals and invoices which are not reflecting in Budget balances.
