Symptoms
When creating invoices using the ADFDi spreadsheets from the ‘Create Invoice from Spreadsheet’ task, DFFs are not getting populated after upgrade to 11.13.18.10.0
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Invoice from Spreadsheet
2. Double click the additional information field
3. The 'Edit additional information' box is empty
