Display Parameters Functionality No Longer Works After Enabling BEN_ENROLLMENT_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED

Goal
Display Parameters Functionality no longer works after enabling BEN_ENROLLMENT_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
Loss of Functionality:
After enabling the BEN_ENROLLMENT_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED by selecting the level as Site and entering a Y in the Profile Value field, the Display Parameters functionality is no longer working- I am no longer able to search for a person and brought directly to enroll in benefits as myself.
Sequence of Events:
1. Enabled the HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED profile option.
2. Enabled the BEN_ENROLLMENT_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED profile option.
3. Plan Configuration > Manage Self-Service Enrollment Configuration page > Parameter Display is selected > Save and Close
4. About Me > Benefits > Brought to New Benefits Landing page for myself (should be brought to search for Employee)
Expected Results:
After selecting the "Display Parameters" option on the Manage Self-Service Configuration page, it is expected to be able to search for the worker and go through self-service enrollment pages as them.
This is no longer happening after I enabled the profile options to use new benefit self service UI in 18c.
Workarounds:
There is no workaround as client wants new Benefits Self-Service UI (the display parameters functionality works if this profile option is set to N and the classic benefits self service UI is being used).
