Unable To Delete Unposted Journal Batch -"Delete" Option is Greyed Out, Validation Check for Deleting a Batch (Doc ID 2491977.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Go into Manage Journals--> Search for the Journal --> The batch status is Unposted and user wants to delete the journal.

Originally it has been rejected and the "Delete" option from the Batch Actions drop-down was greyed out. User got it back in a "Requires Approval" state and attempted to delete it, but the "Delete" option is still greyed out. It is greyed out for the person who entered the journal and the person who rejected the journal.

User is unable to delete the journal entry.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
