Dynamic Output file name for Manage Plan Carrier

Is there a way to give a dynamic file for Benefit Carrier Extract on Manage Plan Carrier page?
Navigation: Benefit Administrator -> Plan Configuration -> (Task Bar) Manage Plan Configuration -> Output File Name

We want this name to be dynamic (may be date stamp along with vendor name) is it possible like the functionality to use %m%d%y on extract delivery options?
