Symptoms

When configuring an Oracle Taleo Learn product single sign-on (SSO) at Control Panel > Integrations > Integration Connections, LearnCenters that are chosen on the LearnCenter tab are not displayed as saved after clicking Return Selected.

The following message appears if no other sub LearnCenters have been chosen previously:

There are no LearnCenters at this time.
