Update Assignment Name During the Compensation Cycle - Compensation New Feature - 18C Upgrade

We are currently upgrading our instance to 18C. As per the upgrade release notes(https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/r13-2018-wf-rewards-wn.htm#F4388) assignment name can be updated during the compensation cycle.

The setup required is to enable "Post as HR data", but the navigation for the same is not provided in the document. Can you please let us know, the location where the setting "Post as HR data" can be enabled.
