How to adjust/update the Cost of each asset within a lease, considering below limitations -

Users do not know payment amount because they purchase their assets upfront and only know the cost of each.
Do not want to have to do a separate calculation outside of the system to find out the payment amount based on the cost.
Do not need to create leases at the 'asset level' to avoid invoices created each period from one lease.
