Re Processing 2019 Open Enrollment - Error

Hi we were reprocessing the 2019 Open Enrollment Life Event after we transferred Weekly employees from multiple Legal Entities to a single Legal Entity. During the reprocessing, we received the error:

No activity base rate was found for the enrollment rate. Review the rate configuration and rate status. This error occurred in the following package ben_element_entry.end_enrollment_element. Context at the time of error: Program II-VI Active Benefits Program, Plan Cigna Dental, Option Employee + 1, Activity Base Rate ID 3000000xxxxxxxx, Effective Date 2018-12-24.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reprocess Enrollment event after transferring employees from Multiple Legal Entity to Single Legal Entity
2. Error is thrown.
