Problem Description:

After an employee/user left the organization, their user account was deleted via automated task (deleted with the option to restore).

  • It was discovered afterwards that this user had key reports or agents in their personal folder (My Folders) that the organization needed.
  • The user account was restored, but when they logged in as the user, their My Folders was empty. 

What happened to the reports or agents?
