When attempting to add a new sub document attribute to a library function the following error occurs.

Fatal database error: Error inserting primary Key = XXXXXXXX into bm_lib_func_param: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXXXXXXX.SYS_C00191703) violated
