A custom user integration (UI) for the Oracle Taleo LearnCenter fails with the following error:

System.Exception: Error Reading Users From File: xxxxx - An entry with the same key already exists.

For some custom UIs a slightly different error with the same solution may be displayed:

System.Exception: Error Reading Users From File: xxxx - Unique ID already exist for User: xxxx
