[OMC] If any unsupported Language is selected in Browser, some of the functionality in OMC does not work as expected (Doc ID 2497721.1)

Symptoms

If any unsupported Language is selected in Browser, some of the functionality in OMC does not work as expected.


The list of Supported Languages currently in OMC: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese and French

 

(1) Created an Alert Rule for Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Service and added few Entities in that Alert Rule. Editing the Alert Rule do not show any Entities listed under "Entities" section.

a) APM Alert Rule is created with 3 Entities added into it.



b) Editing the Alert Rule do not show any entities listed under "Entities" section.

 

(2) Administration --> Entities Configuration --> Licensing --> Click on the number of entities under "Standard" or "Enterprise" edition and it never shows the entities details but it keep-on searching (spinning) for those entities.
