User Details System Extract

We have identified the report: User Details System Extract within OTBI

/shared/Human Capital Management/Workforce Management/Human Resources Dashboard

When it runs it appears to return a summary of user information, including the roles that are assigned to them, which is the information that we are trying to extract

The information does not however come out in a format that we can use as it is a text file.

How do we run this report in format that can be read by any user?
