ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Scheduled Web Reports Stop Working

We are finding that scheduled jobs to either upload or email web reports to the customer are simply stopping working. Job appears to complete successfully , however we get a notification from the customer indicating they did not receive the results.

Opening the schedule then clicking finish, without making any changes, makes the job start working again. This is happening on a daily basis.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View Scheduled Job
2. Job never completes, unless you click finish
