Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis
1. When attempting to connect to Smart View, the following error occurs.
2. Posting and translation also fail

1. Error Dialog in Exel:
Cannot open cube view. Essbase Error(1042017): Network error: Timed out before receiving all data
2. Warning Dialog in Excel
The request timed out. Contact your SV client system admin to extend your Windows Internet Explorer time out settings...

Cannot get olap application state. Essbase Error(1051007): Invalid login id- request [Get Application State] failed
