On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Manage Benefits

Record a Life Event features is not working as expected after 18C upgrade.

Record a Life Event - Why when user enter the Life event date and click on continue, the Contacts Summary page does not appear, gets message -> The life event Gain Dependent was created for the date 13-Jan-2019. (BEN-991200) Details: Contact the benefits department for further processing?
