Symptoms

When attempting to update a specific invoice, receive below error message

ERROR

Another person is using the record you are attempting to update. Try again later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit Invoice
2. Submit
3. Get above error
