Symptoms

 Actual Behavior
----------------------
Attempted to upload journals using spreadsheet.
First five attempts failed to upload journals and uploaded journals successfully in sixth attempt, but found the journals generated are duplicated for six times

Expected Behavior
----------------------
When journal uploaded successfully on sitch time, it should not create a six duplicate journals.

Steps Reproduce
---------------------
- Download Import Journal Spreadsheet
- Enter All required details
- Post the same in spreadsheet.
