Missing Scroll Bar In Config Tab

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
With smaller windows / page sizes, it can be easy to miss seeing some of the UI components on the Configuration tab for Directory Integrations:
Navigate to Settings -> Directory Integrations -> [your intg] -> Configuration tab
It has no horizontal scrollbar, so it misses displaying the include hierarchy and save buttons on smaller screens.
DESIRED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The screen should adjust to the browser size to show all elements of the page, such as by adding a horizontal scroll bar so the rest of the page can be viewed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon to IDCS Admin Console with a browser window that is somewhat narrow
2. Navigate to Settings -> Directory Integrations -> [your intg] -> Configuration tab
3. Adjust the page width of the browser and see that as you clip off the Include Hierarchy and other page buttons, no scroll-bar appears to allow proper navigation
