Symptoms
Can't open create accounting execution report .
Output of the report is a huge in size more than 100Mb.
Output hangs on opening and after a while will error out with the bellow error
ERROR

The Report Cannot be rendered because of an Error, Please Contact the administrator.
Oracle.xdo.template.ProcessCancelledException:FOProcessor was cancelled after 560 seconds.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Scheduled Processes
2. Create accounting execution report.
