Nonpostable/ Parent Accounts Visible In COA Flexfield Dropdown while creating Misc Receipt

Goal
On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Inventory
Nonpostable/ Parent Accounts visible in COA flexfield dropdown in SCM
On the Create Misc. Transactions screen , users are still able to see accounts that are parent values/ non postable accounts.
On other screens in the application (GL, AR etc) - these accounts are not visible in the drop down. Why does this happen? How can we hide nonpostable accounts from being selected in SCM?
