When attempting to run the Payables Withholding Tax Report
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to: Business Analytics
3. Run the Payables Withholding Tax Report for the year
-> Ends with error
If it is run for one supplier only the report works
