Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Run Demand Plan

We are getting below error while running the demand plan

Error: The demand forecast failed during the branch allocation process. Contact your help desk.

Upon checking on MOS, found below note:

Demand Plan Run Error After 19A Upgrade - "The demand forecast failed during the branch allocation process. Contact your help desk" (Doc ID 2496530.1)

After checking in our instance, we have not duplicated any forecasting profiles and all forecasting profiles show SEED_DATA_FROM_APPLICATION in the created by column.
