Symptoms

After the 19A update on our environments, we are getting the following errors in every object - create opty, create party, edit opty, navigate in objects and so on

Errors seen in mobile UI:

(X) Could not find property isVersionR131901orAbove in class oracle.apps.crm.mobile.ui.CommonUtilBean
