Messages Are Not Processing in RIB-<app> Due To Transaction Timeout (Doc ID 2502604.1)

RIB messages are not getting processed due to transaction timeout as seen in below error stack of publisher adapter logs:

ERROR com.retek.rib.domain.getnext.service.impl.GetNextPublisherCoreServiceImpl - Unable to publish message to JMS. Client received SOAP Fault from server: Transaction Rolledback.: weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out after 31 seconds
