Symptoms

When attempting to test sso using EBS Asserter,the following error occurs in the Browser.


Browser error:

500 Internal Server Error

Asserter logs report below error:

 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Test SSO using EBS Asserter Direct URL Link
2. Open browser and access https://<HOST.DOMAIN>:<PORT>/ebs
3. EBS Asserter throwing Error "500 Internal Server Error
