Symptoms
When testing the outside processing (OSP) process. After the Work Order (WO) is released, the Purchase Order (PO)
cannot be created automatically and an error occurs in Supply Orchestration.
Due to this issue, users cannot process WO's

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create WO.
2. Submit WO.
3. Check Supply Orchestration.
4. Error Appearing.
