On Oracle Fusion, 11.13.19.01.0 version, Trying to opening transactions page gets error

Definition PeriodName of type Attribute is not found in ManageTransactionUI



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Receivables > Billing
3. Go to Manage Transactions
4. Open the page and observed the error described appears
