Passport: SHL Returns Expired Results For A New Request (Doc ID 2504552.1)

Symptoms

A candidate has previously taken an Assessment through the SHL passport service for which results were returned to Taleo.  In the zone the service was configured to have a Validity Period of 365 days so when the results were received the expiration date was set based on that value.  However now even though the results are expired (more than 365 days have passed), when the service is re-requested for the candidate SHL returns the earlier results.
