Symptoms

Benefits - unable to back out the Change Health Savings Coverage life event

When the user is trying to back out the Change Health Savings Coverage Life Event, they receive the following error.

How so we get past this error?

ERROR
-----------------------
The message is ORA-20001: An application error occurred. The argument ELIG_PER_ID does not exist as of the effective date. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.BEN_BACK_OUT_LIFE_EVENT", line 2459 ORA-06512: at line 1.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Benefits > Enrollments > Person Life events
2. Back out/Void "Change Health Savings Coverage" event
3. Error is thrown
