Secondary Assignment Accruals gets calculated based on Primary Assignment FTE although the secondary assignment FTE is different.
Problem Description

The context for secondary assignments incorrectly refers Primary assignment values.

The below contexts values should be set based on the assignment for which the Accrual is processed instead of always Primary assignment.

1) Create Absence Plan "Other Absence Plan"
2) Create Employee with 2 work relations ships & Assignments as below
a) Work Relationship 1 with LE1
a) EPOIT10101 (Primary - FTE 0.6)
b) EPOIT10101-3 (Secondary - FTE 0.2)
b) Work Relationship 2 with LE2
a) EPOIT10101-2 (Primary - 0.2)
3) Attach "Other Absence Plan" for all 3 assignments above
4) Run Calculate Accruals for "Test" (with Weekly Accruals as 7) and check accruals for the each assignment
a) EPOIT10101 - Calculated 4.2 hours. Expected 4.2 Hours. Correct)
b) EPOIT10101-3 - Calculated 4.2 hours. Expected 1.4 Hours. In Correct)
c) EPOIT10101-2 - Calculated 1.4 hours. Expected 1.4 Hours. Correct)
5) Conclusion.
a) Secondary Assignment Accruals is calculated based on the Primary Assignment FTE
b) Run "Calculate Accruals and Balances" runs for ALL 3 assignments each once.
