An Employee import fails for a record with the following error:

The employee import can be any of the following:

• TCC employee create, update, merge, or net-change import
• Taleo Web Services API employee create, update or merge import
• Fusion-Taleo out-of-box Fusion-export (user) to Taleo (this is equivalent to an employee-merge import into Taleo)
