Goal

There is the user with the name e.g. "Secondname Firstname", who was rehired and is not visible in Resource Directory.
The user "Secondname Firstname", in HZ_PARTY_USG_ASSIGNMENTS has EFFECTIVE_START_DATE = YYYY-MM-DD 00:00:00.0 and an EFFECTIVE_END_DATE which is in the past.
How can we make him available again in Resource Directory, as considering the resource as rehired?
