OAC: Unable to Export data set in a CSV file which has date field (Doc ID 2506587.1)

On OAC 18.3.3,

OAC hangs whenever trying to export a data set in a CSV which has date field irrespective of data source being used.

The following error is seen in the logs.

Error:

ERROR: Error during non-accumulated event publishing: d.getTimeLevel is not a function
TypeError: d.getTimeLevel is not a function
