Symptoms

LockBox Receipt Upload failed in validation with the below error,

ERROR

Starting ARLPLB
Warning - Could not get profile option value for AR_ALLOW_OVERAPPLICATION_IN_LOCKBOX
AR-ARLVAL: Error from arlval.
AR-ARLPLB: arlval returned FALSE.
AR-ARLPLB: Error in main.
AR-ARLPLB: -1405 ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL

AR-ARLPLB: Error in main.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select Schedule Jobs
2. Run Import Receipts Through Lockbox
