Final recognition entry for the cancelled MPA line created in the next period.

Steps to Reproduce

=================

1. Create a new invoice with Multi-Period Accounting in January.

2. In March, cancel the original line and enters a new line with multi-period details.

3. Run Complete Multiperiod Accounting for March and note that accounting for final recognition entry is NOT created.

4. Run Complete Multiperiod Accounting for April and note that accounting for final recognition entry IS created.
