Goal

Benefits Service Center Page is not visible after correcting the hire date

We hired an employee on 3/11/2019, but we changed the hire date from 3/11/2019 to 2/11/2019, and it looks like there is some issue with the employee benefits page in the UI.
We cannot see employee benefits service center page if we search the person with 2/11/2019; however, we can able to look at the benefits information if we search with the effective date 3/11/2019.

Can you please look into this issue and let us know if you need any further information.
