Symptoms

On  : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Record locking issue after updating contact for an Account

ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot lock this record because it is already locked by another user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit Account -> Go to Profile tab
2. Make a change & Save
3. Go to Contact tab
4. Drilldown on contact -> do a change and "Save and Close"
5. Observe the error being thrown.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This issue has a business impact where users are not able to edit contacts within account context.
