Notes At Transaction & Customer Level Are Not Getting Reflected In Collections Dashboard (Doc ID 2508830.1)

Symptoms

Notes entered at transaction and customer level are not getting reflected in the Collections Dashboard.

Tried to enter Notes on the transaction both through choosing the transaction and choosing a customer in the delinquent customer list and picking a transaction from there.

For both it appeared to save but when we went back and checked the Notes details were missing. The notes did not get reflected in the Collection Dashboard.
