Goal

Benefits Relationship is not Auto-populating: Cannot Enroll EEs into Benefit Program & Plans

I am logged in as Benefits Admin and am trying to enroll and employee into Benefits Program and Plans.

When I search the employee and click the name, in the BSC, the Benefits Summary section is empty and the Benefits Relationship is not automatically populating. As a result, I cannot enroll employees into the Benefits Program and Plans.
