Multi-lingual item description to be imported in the same file in a single Item import process

There is a requirement where business wanted to upload the Item description in different languages in same Item Import process.

Current Process
1. User prepares FBDI file for item description in English language
2. Item created in English language
3. User Prepares FBDI with action 'Update' and provides the item description in German Language.
4. User executes Item Import process in German session to create item description in German Language
