IDCS Logout Issue with the EBS ASSERTER (Doc ID 2511738.1)

Symptoms

IDCS Protection 3 App, HCM, OBIEE, EBS

The EBS Asster is used to integrate with IDCS and there is logout issue on the EBS IDCS as IDP Policy when the user hits EBS user login & logout session is done, if the user puts the same url and click sign in again getting the Error below from the IDCS.

the following error occurs.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to IDCS
2. Logout
3. Try to login again, getting the error below:
There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support
