IDCS: "404 Not Found" Error Logging Out Of EBS integrated IDCS EBS Asserter (Doc ID 2511970.1)

Symptoms

On : N/A version, SSO Service

When attempting to logout from EBS
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error "404 Not Found"
"Resource not found on this server"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EBS System with IDCS Asserter Integrated.
2. Login with IDCS Authentication to EBS Application. Login is successful.
3. Click Logout Link in EBS Application
4. Error 404 occurs in Browser - "Not Found"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, EBS is not able to integrate with IDCS to provide logout functionality.
